Due to the current pandemic we have not been able to consult as widely as we would normally, therefore, we are introducing a new baseline offer which will be further developed over the autumn term to reflect the emerging needs of schools and the communities in which they serve.

We will work with you to ensure an offer which is developed and shaped in consultation with Headteachers who show a continued commitment to a School Improvement Service that represents value for money, is steeped in developing effective partnership working practices so that no school is left behind and is responsive to your needs enabling you as system leaders to influence both content and delivery.

Our aim is to be responsive to schools’ needs, both through content and delivery.  Our workforce is built from an experienced core staff team, infused with seconded outstanding talent and then further enhanced by drawing upon the expertise within the school system.  Our team will support schools through one to one dialogue, identifying need and building a bespoke response for the school.

Whilst all our face-to-face support has been put on hold, we are working hard to continue to provide as much support as we possibly can.  Until we are in a position to confirm a full offer, based on the outcomes of our discussions with you and further consultation, we are proposing a baseline offer which is available to all schools at £2,500.  There is the opportunity, once again, for schools to purchase specific school improvement services on a ‘pay-as-you-go’ basis.
