About Us .....

We will work with you to ensure an offer which is developed and shaped in consultation with Headteachers who show a continued commitment to a School Improvement Service that represents value for money, is steeped in developing effective partnership working practices so that no school is left behind and is responsive to your needs enabling you as system leaders to influence both content and delivery.

Our priorities will be sharply focussed upon local, regional and national areas of importance and we are keen to work alongside strategic partners to provide a complementary rather than competitive model of delivery.  We are committed to providing a service, steered by the needs of schools, that represents value for money and is steeped in developing effective partnership working practices.

Our aim is to be responsive to schools’ needs, both through content and delivery.  Our workforce is built from an experienced core staff team, infused with seconded outstanding talent and then further enhanced by drawing upon the expertise within the school system.  Our team will support schools through one to one dialogue, identifying need and building a bespoke response for the school.

There is the opportunity, once again, for schools to purchase specific school improvement services on a ‘pay-as-you-go’ basis. We look forward to continuing working productively with you over the next academic year as we work together towards achieving our shared School Improvement Partnership mission of: all pupils making at least good progress; no underperforming cohorts; all teachers delivering at least good learning; and and all schools moving to at least the next level of successful performance.

Our Pricing and Delivery Offer .....

The subscription fee for RoSIS will return to a pre-covid price structure, a per pupil rate, for primary schools from September 2021. We are currently considering options for our future pricing structure so have taken the decision to implement a £26 per pupil charge for the rest of our financial year, September 2021 – March 2022.

A Core Offer is available to schools and academies, which is as inclusive as possible with any additional charges kept to an absolute minimum. This charge is a pro-rota rate per pupil for the two terms - £15 per pupil for the period September 2021 – March 2022.

Early Years settings are offered a flat fee of £3,000 per school, to be charged on a pro- rata basis (£1,750 for the period September 2021 – March 2022).

Secondary and Special schools are offered a flat fee of £4,000 per school, to be charged on a pro-rata basis (£2,335 for the period September 2021 – March 2022).

We will inform schools of the revised structure for the 2022 – 2023 financial year following a consultation process which will take place over the autumn term.

For those schools and academies not fully subscribing to the RoSIS offer, there is the opportunity once again for you to purchase specific school improvement services on a ‘pay-as-you-go’ basis.
